Anemone Just Split and has not come out from hiding

I had a very large rBTA that was doing great. It was simply huge. Tuesday I left for work and noticed it was hiding in the rock work which was unusual for the Nem. I returned home later that day to find it had split! I now have 3 separate nems from the original! They have not come out of the rock work yet. None have really moved much outside an inch or so from where I found them.

Parameters have been solid and everything's doing well.

Is all well? Is this normal for them to hide this long post split? When should i get concerned? Is splitting into the 3 normal?

Thanks! I figured. Im newer to the nem game. Ive only had mine for about 4 months.
