Hello everyone, does anyone recognize this creature next to the feather duster under my lobo? Its soft, reacts when you touch it. I belive its also the cause of tissue loss on my lobophyllia.

Welcome to Reef2Reef!

You have some colonial tunicates - they wouldn't be the cause of receding tissue in a coral though:
Yeah, those are colonial tunicates- they're filter feeders, but some species can spread invasively and grow over pretty much anything (including corals and macroalgae).

They're neat and pretty, but, given the invasive nature of some species, if you want to keep them, I suggest isolating them on a rock separate from the main rock work and trimming them back as needed ok that rock to keep them contained.
Edit: To clarify, they may grow over a coral, but the flesh won't recede away from them in the instances I've seen.
