Not aptasia. Clear solid color pinkish orange at the end of the tentacles.

I do believe that is a strawberry anemone. Havent really heard of them being real bad. Actually some people like them a lot and tend to let them grow. Im sure as all anemones they can bother close corals if they contact.

Yes Ball tip/pseudocorynactis. Population will depend on available food, so do not over feed.
