Anemone losing color

I run two kessil360we on a 22 inch deep tank. Nems are on the rock structure at 12 inch high. Current schedule is making my black widow anemone lose their black color and white marking on the oral disk. Is it lighting problem or some other issue.
Anyone experienced loss of color and marking of the oral disk. Especially in black widow anemone.

I can not comment about black widows specifically, but BTAs change color and lose speckles and streaks or gain them. That is why I think it is ridiculous to say a rose BTA with streaks or speckles is worth 4 times as much as another one. In my experience, Kessels do not put out that much light and you have yours turned down a fair bit. Anemones love light. I would increase your lighting time and intensity slowly. Also, what are your Nitrate levels? Nitrates are a food source for anemones.

The white web is always going to be there. I think the blue color in the initial picture accentuated the marking somewhat. I think it is the light different. Blue up your light and you likely see near the same color.
It looks like you are busy chopping up your anemone. IMO, that is why some named, and expensive variety of BTA are more difficult to keep. When a reefer get the anemone, they always stressed to the limited from being chopped. After settle down and stay away from knife for a time, they will be hardy again, just like any other BTA.
Looks like you got quite an investment in anemones in that second picture.

Looks like you are running pretty blue already. What is height of your kessils above the water? I have mine 5.5" above and at 70% intensity it would give around 180-200 par at 12" depth iirc. Have you taken any par measurements?

Mine are mounted 7inches from water and tank is 20 inch deep. Rockwork goes to 8 inch high where nems are at.

Rockwork gets 200-250 par for 3 hours at 70% intensity and 120 par at sandbed. Then goes to 50% then zero.

I do not think that is enough light in terms of intensity or hours per day. They need more of one or the other.

I’ll try 10-12 ramp up to 70% intensity then stay high for 6 hrs then ramp down to 0 for 3 hours(6-9)
