Anemone lost tentacles, but alive?

The nem is just folded in. Did you by chance make any lighting or flow changes to the tank.

mans no, berghia will not eat your nem.

No changes to lights, feeding habits, salt type, etc. what is the best food to feed it?

Any small bits of seafood would be fine, as long as they are not smelly (spoiled)

I know this is a really old post but I have the exact same anemone (Green BTA with purple base). Mine is doing the exact same thing. Did it come back? What did you do to get it healthy again? I have roseBTA's and they are fine. It's just this one.

My anemone suddenly “lost” it’s tentacles, but it’s “stem” seems to still be living. I fed it some mysis shrimp tonight and it ate it and pulled back into itself like normal. See pictures. Will the tentacles grow back or are they just severely retracted?

I have a BTA that did this and I thought he was going to die but he started re growing them. I know this isnt a BTA but maybe that can happen here!
