I
have a bubble tip anemone It moved so far down that I can't barely feed It Is this okay can the lights depend on It for food.
I have a maroon clown I heard clownfish will supposed to feed It.

Are you asking if it can depend on the lights only for growth? Some can "get by" (but near starvation is not really a good state), but a healthy anemone will still need some kind of targeted feeding for optimum health.
Keep trying to feed it even if it's hard to reach... good luck.

Actually you could never spot feed your nem if lighting is adequate, that is their main source of energy.
Some do not spot feed at all as a means to not rush growth.
Yes, many clowns will push food or waste into a nem, and maroons are usually pretty good at taking care of their host nem.
