Anemone moving and closed up

In the past three days my anemone has moved around a lot back and forth between spots in the tank I have high nutrients nitrates around 40 ppm and phosphate .05 lighting ai prime should I be worried

I’ve found anemones to be mysteries. Moving around is it trying to find the right combo of light and flow. I’ve had anemones go small like that and then rebound and open up big again. Do you feed it?
