Does it favor light or dark places? It's really tough to say when anemones are small, but I saw a warty sea anemone in the wild recently that looked a lot like it. Same colors at least and the tentacles aren't far off. It was about 4" in diameter. They tend to favor shade though. And they have bumps on the side of the foot.

This is on the front face of a rock at the bottom.

That is GSP surrounding the Nem too. That wont go well as/if the nem grows

I've searched the net and decided it's either a Rock Flower or a baby Ball. It seems to prefer night than light
