Anemone open mouth/ shrinking?

Hello, i had bought a green bubble tip a few weeks ago and has done well since the past week.
It is shrinking down to a 1/5 of his side and then has his mouth wide open with a little string or something that looks like poo.

This morning it looked HUGE normal size and happy but then i turned the lights on and it looked like this
Mouth was 1/4 inch wide when he was happy and 3/4 inch when closed

Is there anything I can do?

It looked bad yesterday morning but the puffed back up. When we shrinks down he takes his foot off the rock

I would isolate it from the clownfish (or the clownfish from it) and start feeding it small amounts, every other day or so. It is severely bleached. What type of lighting do you have?

Did you purchase it looking like this?

I agree it is very bleached. I see that a lot in LFS with anemones in very poorly lit tanks. Anemones require a fair bit of light. What lights are you using? How many hours a day? If LEDs what intensity? What are your perimeters? Anemones like nitrate in the water, as it is a food source for them. Feeding small bits of thawed meaty food like shrimp, fish, and other seafood should help. I would not let nitrates go bellow 10 for BTAs. They are happy even at levels as high as 120 ppm.

thanks everyone for your help and sorry for not getting back until now. He did look very pale when i got him and wasnt smart enough to think it was a health issue, figured it was just a lower grade GBT. My Nitrates are around 10.
I pulled him out of the tank just now as he looked very bad. looked like his guts were shooting through body and to prevent spiking levels I took him out
