Anemone problem

I have an anemone I have had for about a week and he really just never opened. Looked great at LFS and when he came home he would never put a foot down. I had a friend give me another anemone (Haitian long tentacle) and it is thriving. I can’t understand what the difference is. Please help!

What are your water parameters? What were the water parameters where you got both anemones? How did you acclimate them?

There are countless possibilities, without even getting into what each anemone might prefer for light and/or flow.
