Anemone prop tank? maybe clown breeder?

So recently the idea popped into my head that i would want a second tank for either fraggin my nems or possibly breeding my clowns. Now I know both would require different parameters but I mainly wanted to get this second tank to house one of my clownfish that has been kinda getting picked on in my tank recently. It's a domino clown and I don't want to see him die so maybe a nem tank? I've read that clowns sometimes may slow down the process of recovery for a newly split nem so that's why the idea of maybe just a clown breeder tank? Any help on setting up either of these tanks would be great as well as some other solutions are welcomed as well.

I personally would do the nem propagation tank because it doesn’t require as much attention as the whole breeding/raising process of clownfish
