Sometimes they close up because of stress, or sometimes they close up like that at night. Here are a few questions for you:

- Did your lights just come on?
- how old is your tank?
- What is your lighting and flow like?
- What are your parameters?

The lights have been on for about 4 hours. I have a question about lighting and flow, I just Aquired this tank from an old man but I need more knowledge….. What lighting do I need to set the lights to, they have a settings where you can’t turn them white and blue. How much light does it need what light does it require more?

I have wave makers, but what do I need to set them to? Such as how water do they need to push? They have different settings such as pulse etc. I just need more knowledge on all this stuff I’m a newbie. The tank is 20+ years old along with the anemone.

The parameters are good, I ordered some more test because the ones I was applied with are out of date, but they read good but I wanted more to be on the safe side. Any kind of advice will be nice

For flow, you generally want 20 to 40 times the rank volume depending on the inhabitants.

What light is it?

I’ll send a picture it don’t have a name. They came with the tank and the anemone was as healthy as can be when I first got the tank with the lights. I’ll post a picture of the flow control as well. Tank dimensions are L-60in W-18 H-20 which I’m sure is a 100 gallon tank. Correct me if I’m wrong.
