For flow, you generally want 20 to 40 times the rank volume depending on the inhabitants. The lights have been on for about 4 hours. I have a question about lighting and flow, I just Aquired this tank from an old man but I need more knowledge….. What lighting do I need to set the lights to, they have a settings where you can’t turn them white and blue. How much light does it need what light does it require more?
I have wave makers, but what do I need to set them to? Such as how water do they need to push? They have different settings such as pulse etc. I just need more knowledge on all this stuff I’m a newbie. The tank is 20+ years old along with the anemone.
The parameters are good, I ordered some more test because the ones I was applied with are out of date, but they read good but I wanted more to be on the safe side. Any kind of advice will be nice
I’ll send a picture it don’t have a name. They came with the tank and the anemone was as healthy as can be when I first got the tank with the lights. I’ll post a picture of the flow control as well. Tank dimensions are L-60in W-18 H-20 which I’m sure is a 100 gallon tank. Correct me if I’m wrong. For flow, you generally want 20 to 40 times the rank volume depending on the inhabitants.
What light is it?
