Anemone question

I have a rose bubble tip anemone that I liked to feed 3x a week mysis when feeding fish etc wasn’t a big feeding. But can they get used to that and when going without it cause them to not look so fluffy and full.

I never feed my nems

Have you ever seen a ravenous crab rip into a nem to get food?

My crabs never bother my nems and my nems normally have the food ate within 30 sec

Some people don't feed their nems at all, the nem pull nutrients out of the water column or from hosting fish. I feed my nems only once a week and that's plenty. Mine are 10+ years old, have split numerous times and have no problem missing a meal.

I don’t feed mine. My clown fish eat in it and drop food into it. It seems to be happy. It splits. Gets big. Stays put!

Hard to say without seeing it (your DIY protein skimmer). Personally I think you're over-feeding it. Let it go without feeding it for a week and see how it responds.
