Ive had this nem for almost a year and the past couple months he shrivled up and is a fifth of the original size, anyone know what it could be? I never fed it ,but reading, it seems like the majority feed, could it be starving?

If your lighting is sufficient you should not need to spot feed at all, many of us do not, or rarely spot feed.
Hard to say what could be the issue for yours.
Start w lights, tank params, what are phos and nitrate readings.

Im on my phone right now, but once im home ill test the water, also i have 2 hydra 26 hds hung 8inchs over my 75g so i hope its not lighting everything was going great and i havent changed my schedule.

Doesn’t sound like lights are the issues. It sounds like a Waterr quality issue. How Old is the tank? I see a lot of Anemones shrink under a tank that has a lot of chemistry swings in a short period of time. So if your chemistry is stable your Anemone is stressed and just shrinking.
