This Riterri was completely covering this rock now it gotten "taller" and is lifting a foot....

What is my anemone doing? Is it trying to relocate? Is my flow to much for it? Are my clowns ticking it off?

Did the lights change at all? The Ritters that I had only really got mad when they wanted more light and always climbed higher. They need a lot of light. If not, then it might just be a coincidence.

Nothing changed. 400w MH 10 hours a day. Blue on before and after

Don't be so quick to intervene. Just monitor. If the Nem is unhappy, it will move around until it finds a place that it likes.
I do have a ton of flow. Hope he big enough to not get tossed into a power head. I had a smaller hatian that happened to. The clowns are relentless though. They don't leave it....

That the Clowns show interest is a good thing!

The relationship between a Clown and a Nem is mutually beneficial. By hanging out inside the Nem, the Clown fish is kept clean by the Nem. And by keeping the Clown clean, the Nem eats.

Looks like too much flow to me. Looks like the flow is trying to blast it off the rock. I have my power heads blowing across the top of my ritteri nem. They like to spread out and absorb the light. Sun bath. Use random flow where the nem moves back and forth.
