I need to clear out some of these nems. I’m thinking of taking this rock out and hanging it over a bucket until they release. The last time I tried this with a different rock, it took hours. Any other ideas?

Did you try asking them nicely :)
Just kidding.....that’s probably the best way to do it

No kidding.
I tried ice cubes. I read that somewhere and it doesn’t work at all. I can count 8 of these crazy bubblers! I’m considering removing all of them.

Anytime I've needed to get an anemone to release I just use my finger to gently start lifting up on the edge of their foot, sometimes they let go quick and sometimes it takes a while. Just go slow and be careful not to tear the foot and they'll let go

Since they're facing up try the PVC method. Use a piece of PVC and cover them so they have to move through it to get to the light. Touch them so they retract and it's easier to place the PVC over them and then just wait for them to start moving up. I've never tried this myself but I've heard of it being done before. I've put small tile next to them and coaxed them onto it with a PH for removal, not the quickest way but does work.
