Anemone split by its foot - help

A rainbow anemone. I always wanted to move it and it was starting to walk near coral so I tried pulling it of the rock GENTLY. With little to no force I cut open half the whole anemone and I feel so bad. I have another and both were big like 5 inches wide. Will it survive? I don’t know a lot about anems I just keep them.

Never pull or tug an anemone which can lead to death
Best method is to direct water flow towards anemone or ice cube on base of anemone which will force it to move
Willing it survive- you’ll know in the next 48hr as it will either heal or look worse
