Anemone split, is it OK?

Hey y'all, sorry I haven't replied, I've been hard at work! I agree my nems aren't pretty! My parameters are decent and yes, I was feeding my nem often, but that was because I felt he was malnurished due to me feeding him COOKED shrimp for a couple months. So Ive been giving him frequent feedings of RAW shrimp to help him recover. But, I had actually started tapering off the feedings... Instead of every 2-3 days, I'd go 5-6 days between feedings , and had been doing so for 3 weeks or so when he split. As for my lighting: 90g DT, 4 ft, 6 bulb T5 Chinese fixture. A combo of Geismann and more generic bulbs including Actinic+, actinic, blue+, and 14k whites. This might not be exactly right as I can't see the labels on all of them at the moment, but this weekend when I do a water change I can verify. It might also be time to change some bulbs (and keep better records). And fishroomlady, believe me, I was just as worried, probably more worried, about how this nem looked after it split, with its insides exposed! But I've been assured by people with experience that this is normal and it just takes the nem a little time to recover. They are already looking better and I will post a pic within the next couple days while the lights are on. :)

It looks like the nem is on the path to recovering. Is the shrimp irritating the anemone?

I had just fed the fish their frozen mysis, carnivore type stuff and the shrimp pick bits off the anemone. Otherwise the shrimp leave them alone. Notice the porcelain crab with its claws raised... Scaring the shrimp away, lol.
