Anemone split or dropped foot

Came home to small nem in the sand and foot still on rocks. Got 6 others, solfball size. After 2 days nem and foot look happy. What happened? Bubbly thing is nem foot. Put nem in shot glass for trade it he lives.

They normally split in half… half foot half head. They guy dropped his head… and left this foot. Head was on ground, picked him up and put in a cup (underwater). I was thinking blue coral band shrimp clipped him?
