I have a rainbow bta and it has split twice over the past couple of months. However, the green bta near it hasn't split at all. Is this something I should worry about or is it just normal?

Normal, they will split when they are ready...
I have found that if you place another small rock near them, they tend to split more....

So do you just keep letting them split and stay in the aquarium or do you move some out?

Haha that's kind of what I was thinking - do yours bubble up or are kind of dangly and stringy? Mine seem to all have lost their bubbles as they have become bigger

Here's a picture so you can see what I'm referring to:

I have a 55 gallon tank with two 16in sb reef light basics (around 15% white, 30% blue) and supplemental dual t5 fixture with two ATI Blue+ bulbs.

Nice looking nems. I may be wrong but seems some variations split more than others. Also some say feeding or stress can cause more splitting. They look healthy and happy so I wouldn't worry about it much. But selling em gets you extra cash as said already. If you were close I'd buy one our clown needs a nice nem lol.
