Anemone stuck in filter

I've just come home to find my new anemone stuck in one of my filter inlets. How to I get it out without tearing it

Turn the pump off so there’s no flow pulling it, and let it walk away on its own, or you could try lightly removing it by hand, just be careful not to tear it’s foot

I've turned the pumps off but it is in tentacle first. The bit outside is it's foot

That’s fine. Just let him work himself out.
I had a maxi mini nem get pulled into a Vortech pump and after about an hour or 2 he managed to walk himself back out

Okay I'll leave him for a few hours before I intervene then. It shouldn't be able to get into the filter as there is a sponge and rock rubble behind there but looks like he giving it a good go

It's doing great now thanks. It actually ended up doing this 2 more times after this. I had to keep turning the pumps off until it released and then it would climb back up and get stuck.
He has now found a place to settle on top of my rock structure and has started eating. My clownfish have also tried to host it even though it's tiny. I love it's colours
