Anemone stuck in the rocks

I'm new to all this, but my question is: Can an anemone get stuck under a rock? It is continually puffing up and looks to me like it's grabbing onto the rock in front of it to move. It just moved to this new position a week ago. It still eats and all, just kinda weird. If you think it needs help moving, how do I do so.

They are usually exactly where they want to be. They wouldn’t be stuck unless a rock actually fell on them or something
