Anemone thing and opaque blob

Noticed two new things on my 2 month old live rock. A small anemone type growth about 1” in diameter. Friend or foe?

Also, opaque blobby thing on live rock peppermint shrimp seem live under. Is it a sponge, eggs or something else? It’s about 1” across too
