Anemone toast!

I came home tonight to a disaster! Bought a healthy Green BTA today. Went out after it got all situated in the tank, and come home to a complete mess. Nem decided its favorite place was in the Mp10!!!! Now I am running Carbon and will do a WC tomorrow.

Done with the NEMS!!!

Bout tired of this hobby.. Too much money spent and too many things have died. Sick to my stomach!

If things keep dying just take it slower. I almost quit when the ghost eel I got managed its way into my overflow, through the pipe, under the baffle and into my skimmer pump. That was a rough night. I only had it 2 or so days but I could feed it with tongs and it was awesome. I've had a lot of goods and some bads happen since then but overall I think it's worth it. Wait a few days and relax. Looking at my tanks is a joy even if things don't go perfect.

Same thing happened to me, shredded into oblivion! Probably wont be getting another one, but we'll see.

I turned my mp40s all the way down after introducing a nem, plus I put the little booties over the wet side to help. I have lost one bta and one hetaractise (very rough night) to power heads though. Bta are not that bad, only fish that survived the het was the shrimp goby.

All fish survived the fun.. Water changes sometime today.

Thanks for the encouragement. You can say I add things at a snails pace and this is the third strike for me with a nem, so I am done with that.

We will see how things go from here on out.

If you ever keep an anemone again, make sure to use the sponge covers for the MP10's (( or any powerhead )) --- been keeping anemones for 15+ years now, and still keep all my powerheads covered.
