Anemone will not move!

I have a cup over it with a hole on top to get light and the a powerhead by its foot and it won’t move. Any ideas or help? I want to move these Nems over to my other tank

Mine attached itself to a piece of egg crate by it’s side and was easy to remove. Might be worth a try if you have any.

make sure all light is covered above it, and the opening to your cup is pointed towards light. going off the picture the nem isn't fully covered and there is some light spill around the cup.

i definitely recommend using the method linked in the above post by @jkcoral. this worked for me many times before i gave up and let me CSB roam.. hopefully it'll split for me.
