Pest anemone called aptasia
Using a syringe, you can inject either lemon juice or better yet… kalkwasser powder mixed with tank water into a paste the consistency of toothpaste and inject into the center core of the aptasia and it will melt away

Definitely Aptasia. I usually use Aptasia-X, works great

Thank you all! I took the whole rock out. I'll let it dry for a few days and put it back in.
