You technically need an Rx - there are places online you can purchase it, however - some of those sources may not be verified cipro, etc.

You can do a couple things. you can buy from the internet and hope you're getting the cipro at the concentration you ordered, or you can ask your veterinarian for a prescription. Or - you could just not treat it. I personally am not a fan of cipro in this situation (though you didn't describe the problem you're having).
