Looks to be a sebae or atlantic species and if true, looks about normal. Its foot is lifted off sand which may be an indicator of too much water flow or bright lightIs there somthing I can do to help this guy I put reef energy in and he's eating frozen krill does it just need time help me out plz

It looks like an extremely bleached BTA to me. It will need a mature tank with stable parameters, but it should attach to the rocks and recover it's color over

Bright lights, stable parameters... Those are most important. I'm not sure how old your tank is, but if it is less than 6 months old you may have trouble because the levels can fluctuate as the flora and fauna find a balance.Anything tips on helping it or just it go obviously feed it n give it nutrients but other than that ?
