Anemone

A guy posted a tricolor anemone for sale and he is keeping it in a container with a hole poked in it with a piece of live rock. Should I pass? Seems weird

That container is just so the anemone doesn't go wandering all over the owners tank. These things can be a real PITA to remove from the rocks sometimes.

That's fine. Assuming the owners parameters are within reason and the lighting is sufficient, being in that container is really no different than being attached to the rocks. It's just bagged up so to say awaiting a buyer.

Thank you, I've only bought two and they've gone right in the tank, never purchased from a fellow hobbiest before, I'm a little nervous!
