Anemone

I just got a bubble tip anemone a few days ago and I carted it on a plane from Missouri to Colorado. I don't know exactly what a smaller one looks like when it's healthy. Does this guy look okay?

I was thinking about getting raw shrimp and cutting it up. He seems to finally have latched onto the rock but he looks way smaller. I hope he's getting enough light. Thanks guys!

I just searched it on Amazon. Idk about the lower levels but seems like a capable light for it.

I just got a new light on my tank too. Going to buy a few Astrea snails if anyone has them locally. Mow down my rocks hehe.

He looks fine to me too. I have about 30 of them neme's right now. In a few days he'll extend or move at place that he likes better!. Mine like to eat anything that comes their way.. Mysis , black worms, clams, etc.

I forgot to ask.. Did clown find it yet? Sometimes it's takes them a little while to fall in love

They haven't. I don't have the heart to trap them next to it. But they see it and it seems like they're scared of it![emoji30]

He finally found a rock he likes and latched onto it!

They will eventually find it. Hopefully when the anemone is ready too. Some clowns just take longer than others.

Took my clowns a couple months to realize the anemone was for them. Just give it time, they will get there. No need to trap them

He seems to be doing great. I've been feeding him some tiny frozen shrimp and oyster stuff. He has a nice green hue and found his place in the tank.
