I got this today this is a long tip anemone right? Need to find out so I can place him in the sand or the rock somewhere.

Hard to tell from the picture, but it looks like a bubble tip of some kind. Out it where you want it, and it'll move to where IT is happy.
 
Need a better pic of the foot. Is it bumpy or smooth? If it has bumps aka verrucae, it's a LTA.
 
It was smooth. I took it back to my LFS and they said it was a LTA. I give it back to them since I was looking for a BTA. They exchanged it out for me and said the guy rang it up incorrectly.

If there were no bumps, it was not an LTA. The presence of verrucae is the main identifying characteristic of LTA's. Your LFS should know this.
