After looking up strawberry anemones it seems like the one might be that... But the others are not red at all really.

Sometimes a positive ID is difficult, but it is a pest anemone.

Yes, you want to get rid of them. They will spread and will irritate coral.
I highly recommend using F aiptasia.

Ball nems... i dont generally bother with them . They tend to die out on thier own.
