So after a bit of reasearch I got myself a nem. Problem is I know they enjoy wandering but for the past 4 days it has stayed put. Its currently on the rock where the rock meets the sand in a little divot thats about 1 cm deep. Its foot is on the rock but its body is just touching the sand bed and facing outwards. Is this safe or is it ok? Its been fully open so im not sure

I’m no nem expert but if it’s fully extended and looks happy there’s nothing to be worried about. Some of them I think even just mostly live on the sand.

Yup. A okay that it hasn't moved. It is mobile, and can move if it wanted to.

So long as your tank is mature, parameters in check, and adequate lighting, sb good to go

Now let's see it!!

If it’s stuck, it’s fine.
Never touch him in any way.
