Can anyone tell me what type of anemone this is and how to care for it?

mini maxi anemone. Very easy to care for. They don't move much and are extremely sticky. Lower light than most anemones. Flow doesn't really matter with these guys, but they will find a spot they like.
Generally they will pinch their foot into a crevice or between two rocks.

How do I feed it?

Maxi Mini are technically a part of the carpet family, just much smaller.
Small pieces of food can be fed to it by placing it on the tentacles, the food will stick nearly instantly.
They do not require feeding and I do not feed mine.
Also don't worry too much about specific care requirements for this species, they are extremely hardy and will accept most conditions suitable for fish and other inverts.

You should try feeding it, they're one of the cooler anemones to watch eat!
