You should leave it for now. It will move on its own to find light. If you force it off a rock you risk tearing the foot.

If it won't move out from under the rock it could not like something about your tank and is seeking shelter. Could be too much light or flow. Or possibly a parameter that's off. But a healthy anemones will bounce around the tank til it finds a spot it likes. You cant pick a spot for them.

too early,,, give it a couple of days,,, just make sure your powerheads are off at night till it settles, so you dont get it chopped up..

Leave it. Mine was exactly the same. Disappeared under a cave and was vertically downwards and could only see its tentacles sticking out from the side of the aquarium during the day. Took about a week for it to pop up between one of the crevices of the cave into the light and begin to sting all neighbouring corals 
. Would attach a pic I took of it in the cave but can’t find it atm

Leave mine moved all around the tank under rocks hiding from light and 2 weeks later it made its way through my SPS Forrest and now sits at top of tank in full light and hasn't moved its split so now have multiple went from 1 to 3 and have only had it for 5 weeks.
It is a living, mobile creature that knows way better than any of us where the best spot for it is. It will locate that spot all on it's own. Moving it around will just slow that process down and possibly injure it in the process.

i just added a bubble tip a few days ago. mine moved right away, to the outlet of the tank. i manually moved it to where i wanted it, and from that point forward, it moved to the rock next to it, and has stayed there.
