220 Gallon. 6 Anemone total, 3 went in a few months ago. 1 Purple Tip and 2 Bubble Tip. The purple found a home and opened up about 5 times larger than I expected. Beautiful anemone. One of the bubbles also found a home and has been there since introduced. Now, the second Bubble Tip found his spot between 2 rocks and opened up top almost like a canopy. Was fine a few weeks and then started moving towards the back of the tank. Seemed ok, so I let him be. A few days later he started working his way into a hole in the rock. After about another week he was back out but had that melting look. He looked bad. Stopped eating. Few more days later just got worse. So, being he was the only thing on that rock, I picked it up and placed it towards the front but with the hole he went in pointing up. Almost immediately(day or 2) he opened up and started filling his tips and eating mysis. He has been fine since.
So after the long story, my question is, why did it go to the back and mostly out of light if it was doing fine where it was only to start deteriorating and then when moved back into the light it sprang back to life?
Suicidal?
Trying the latest diet?
Not very smart and did not know it needed light to survive?

Really am curious what is going on.
