I just got 2 anemones today a bubble tip and condylactis purple tip. I placed then on some of my more flatter rocks that have been some water flow blocking so it wasnt massive flow against them. Granted they are small ones. But they slowly went to the sand and are hiding under the rocks in where I created caves for the fish to hide or swim through. I'd like to some how get my clowns to attach to them but they just sit in the front corner of the tank and barely move around unless it is feeding time. So I have no clue what to do with the anemones and get them out in the open so the clowns may one day attach to them.cam someone help me?

Top left corner of this pick was the condylactis and he went underneath .

This bubble tip was on the top flat and now he is underneath too. Regardless of blue light or regular light they went under.

Leave them be. They have to adjust to your tank, light and flow. They will wonder around your tank in the process. Keep wave makers covered with stocking/tights if you have wave makers in there that is. And as for the nem hosting the clowns, dont rush it. They are probably tank raised clowns and have never seen, let alone know what to do with a nem. I have 2 clowns and 3 nems in the same tank since dec and it took over 7 months for 1 clown to go into the nem, the other 1 couldn't care less. Give it a few days and see what they're like. If you am an adjust you lighting u could turn it down a little see if that helps.

What u see is the lowest it goes for light.. and what do u mean by stockings on the wave runners I have 4 of them because they were the small cheap ones on amazon because I was trying to do this cheap but I got hooked quickly and started investing more money like right now I'm working on building a new sump to run a coral frag tank inside the sump.

They will pretty much do what they want. They will wedge themselves under things, bury themselves, check I even have one riding around on the back of snail currently. They will find the best spot for them. By stockings he means a cover for the power head. When they are roming they can get chopped up by them and well as you can imagine that isn't good. As far as clowns...they tend to do what they want as well. I've been waiting since the beginning of the year and while they host the corner right next to a bta they could care less about it...
