I have 4 anemones in my 140 gallon tank when I first got them they were blooming opened up tentacles swinging away no issues now they are a lil smaller and opening up and slowing blossoming is there a way to make these guys open up like they used too and stay in one spot. Anything helps, I am also going to change my lighting I have black box and getting maxspectra led. But again if anyone can help me it will be much appreciated

They need light and currents and a place to hide their foot. when they are happy with the situation they tend to stay put. The new lights could help, how is the water quality? My fish tank has been unchanged for a while and I think my nems have started looking for a way out? Before this they stayed put.

Lighting/ flow/ Good water/ Feeding makes them grow but not essential for survive as there health is from the light photosynthesis
