Can a Ritteri Anemone be kept in the same 200 gallon reef tank with a Bubble Tip Anemone?
Or will one kill the other through chemical warfare?

I would venture to guess yes. . . but with some caveats.

There is someone on here (please tag them if you know who they are) that keeps a nem tank with a bunch of different species. . . sounds like he runs plenty of carbon.

Based on what I saw with that persons tank I think the chemical warfare can be mitigated (or maybe is not as bad as us reefers think?) that said, I am not sure who would win if they decided to sting out their differences?

Thank You!
Where did this chart come from? What evidence was used to compile it? Doesn’t seem very accurate to me. Why aren’t rfa’s and h.crispa considered compatible? Or h.malu and h.crispa? I have a pair literally sitting on top of each other and both are happy as can be….where did this come from? There are at least a dozen combinations on there that seem way off.

I would not go off that chart as it’s not accurate.
Example: it says ritteri and carpet nems aren’t compatible which is interesting considering carpet nems are sand dwelling anemones and ritteri stay up as high as possible

Yeah Im also skeptical about the graph, my ritteri lives with my gig and mertels and they are all great, my BTA on the other hand does not go with gigs or mertels or long tentacle, not sure about ritter but when BTA touch these they go into murder mode.
