Anemones

I normally feed my anemones shrimp and scallops but I wanted to try to give them something different so do they eat reef roids or coral frenzy

Anemones will eat all types of foods. But better to give anemones a more solid food rather that a powder.

They will eat it though.

I feed mine a small krill once a week.

If you are not seeing any ill effects (unhappy anemone), I would just stick to what you are already feeding it.
