Anemones?

So my tank is still new, i am no where close to putting an anemone in my tank. That being said i was curious as to what you experienced reefers think about them? Some are so cool looking that someday i would love to have one. I read though that they can be a bit of a hassle for some reasons. I would love to gather some knowledge from you guys on this subject. Thanks in advance

I have a corkscrew anemone and it’s huge and beautiful!! I absolutely love it. That being said…… they’re really a pain lol they move where they want to stinging other corals to death and when they do settle it’s usually out of sight lol. Like literally three days ago mine was sucked into a “anemone safe” pump well let’s just say it isn’t anemone safe lol. He’s fine though lost three or four arms but he’s big enough he bounced right back. I personally love anemones but make sure you 1 get a healthy one and 2 get one that best suits your tank.

Mmhmm mmhmm i see ok for sure. Im writing all this down haha. That things looks way cool though
