Anenami

I would get either 2 smatfarms 95w or nicrew 100w. These will output a lot more light than the 3 hipargero and have more channels of control, but the 3 hipargero will work on that size tank but for low to medium light corals mostly (condy anemones are pretty easy and the tank stability will be the most important for it)

Are you using rodi water or have steady access to it?

Probably in your best interest to just get rid off the very fine sand as well(oolite probably), most people dont use such fine sand in a reef tank as sufficient flow would cause the sand to be blown everywhere IME. Most importantly i would find a trustworthy LFS in your area that can help to get the tank started off right and make sure you dont buy anything that cant go into the tank.
Most petco employees dont care and just need to get paid so they will sell you anything.

Also the clownfish doesnt have any real threat to it so it is most likely just exploring its area as it matures they usually stay in their anemones more often, especially the male after they start breeding

Awesome thank you and no rodi water my rodi system will also be here tomorrow! So should I do a full water change when it gets here or what bc my amonia is high as he'll I been using stability and prime daily to keep it non toxic. And my nitrate and nitrite are barely present.

fritzyme 9 or 900 are my go to's for fast cycling and getting rid of ammonia in a qt tank so they should work well for you as well. I tend to stay away from anything too chemical dependent for chasing levels. Any ammonia present is not good.
I have used pns probio with good results in a mature tank and they do have ones for aquarium cycling as well.
The best would be to get a rock or two (or an aged filter media) from some trusted reefers in your area. Usually there are people willing to help out a new tank owner.

Cool thanks I got a decent size rock the other day that was used in there tanks. And thank you for all the information your giving me!!

These lights work well, you are going to have to trim some of the inner lip of the plastic rim to get them to fit though. They're meant for rimless tanks
Edit: derp, missed that it was a 40B… rim would need to be cut on that. For those with smaller tanks:

The Aquaknight (or other similar mounts) can also be mounted with a spacer to avoid having to cut the tank rim. I use some dense foam but have seen others use bottle caps, glue pieces of plexiglass or other chunks of plastic together. Just something to fill the space between.

I use the light on 10g coral QT tanks and they perform well for that. Company was surprisingly supportive when one died inside of a year, they sent out a new one.

Definitely get a timer (I use a smart plug) as turning them off/on is a pain otherwise.
