So I got this bubble nem a few days ago.
Added him to my tank and he moved around a bit, then found a spot in the rock where he is now. I did a water change yesterday and after that he has bin acting funny and looks like it’s mouth is comming out. Any thoughts?

This is not enough info and please, as others have asked time and again, turn your blues all the way down and your white or daylight setting up for a propper picture.
Parameters? And no, not Ammonia and Nitrites and Nitates. If those are still in your world, your moving to quickly. Im speaking of Alk. Mag. Cal. And SG. Those will need to be in range and most importantly stable before adding inverts to your tank. How new is it? The tank that is?
From the poor photo, it doesn't look horrible and after a WC some will close up. Make sure all the parameters and Specific Gravity are the same as your tank water. Did you QT him? I usually just dip and put into a box, colander or some such so they can acclimate to lighting and everything without being bothered right away when its already stressed from a move, and keep it in there for a couple weeks.
Best of luck. Can we also get ypur equipment information? Like are you using a Sump, skimmer, chemical media etc.?

Okay, someone nicer please say the same thing.

Excuse me kind sir or madame, but we the reef community could very much benefit from some more information. As it is most beneficial for capturing detailed images of sick livestock, please lower the concentration of blue light and raise your white or daylight spectrum so we can get a better look. :)

Also, if you could provide your parameters it may highlight the potential issue immediately! I do very much hope that your Ammonia, Nitrites and Nitrates are in check - or else I am afraid you may be moving too quickly! Alk, Mag, Cal, and SG would be the most likely offenders, so please provide them as soon as possible. Hopefully you checked all of this before adding any invertebrates to your (hopefully) well established tank.
From what you've provided, while a bit blurry, your anemone doesn't look too bad - maybe a closer shot will help us see what you see? I suggest a standard water change as soon as possible. Also - did you happen to notice anything wrong when he was in quarentine? I do hope you quarentined it - after all that is best practice in the reefing hobby! If you haven't, I will happily DM you a step-by-step guide to setting up a QT tank and my personal preferred dipping method! :)
Hopefully this helps - but in case it doesn't, maybe provide us full details on your entire system and setup along with any pictures you choose to share! I for one would love to gaze upon your flawless face and compliment your choice of shirt/blouse. I hope nothing I said could in any way be construed as offensive or insenstive in your trying time and, should you or any other random passer-by on this forum deem it so I will gladly cast myself from the nearest cliff and bequeath unto you all of my worldy possessions to make this right.

Yours truly,
Timnem70

Fixed.

Thanks Spaghetti. Ill still leave her alone and as my original post said, good luck and that I have done some of the same so the reasoning for my up front questions. Never been threatned with violence though on a reef forum. Hahahaha. Made my day.

I kind of having the same issue. but mine got stuck in the wave maker. got it in QT now. PH, NO2, NO3, CA, MG and ammonia all good range. hoping it will pull out of it. but watching it closely incase it start breaking up or slimming on me. then unfortunately I will have to get rid of it. don't want it to contaminate my DT or QT but I can always clean the QT easier than my DT if it does die on me... or I may just let it sit for 90 days after I clean it and let everything die from it and start the QT back over.

Okay so as it may come across as rude, his information was dead on. He was just very blunt. With more expirienced reefers, they just put it how it is. It looks like your tank might not be ready for a bubble tip quite yet or your levels are out of wack.

How old is your tank, What are your parameters?
Set it up in December and currently
10 gal tank with prime hd running for 8 months. Currently fallow with pistol shrimp snails a starfish and hermit crabs. I dipped the nem and have had no problems when it
ammonia 0
Nitrite 0
Nitrate 10-25
Cal 450
alc 10.5
Salt 1.025

THIS! The staff has cleaned up this thread. Let's keep it civil in here. ;)

Although it looks ok for the time being, and your parameters seem to be within the acceptable range, two things jump out at me.

Firstly, your tank is just now 6 months old and is therefore barely cycled despite whatever your parameters seem to be telling you. It is generally advised to wait at least one year before attempting an anemone. This is to allow the tank to settle into itself and to permit you the chance to learn how it (the tank) reacts to various things.

The second, at probably more important strike is that at 10 gallons, your tank is way undersized for an anemone of any type (except perhaps aiptasia or majanoo_O) You don't say whether or not you have a ATO, but regardless, in a tank that small it is extremely difficult to keep it as stable as an anemone requires.

What is your current spectrum and do you know what kind of lighting the nem came from where you got it?
