First anenome I've ever had, so will be the first to say I'm a noob with these guys. 2 hours ago, before I left my house my RBTA was all open and beautiful, but now it is closed up. I will say it looks like it gas crab legs sticking out, but I just want to be sure. Here are two bad pics. One is open yesterday, and they other, it closed today. You can kind of see the legs at the bottom of the nem.

Could be expelling waste. Nothing to worry about. Although it does look a bit bleached.

Please clarify- Are you saying there's a crab wedged between the anemone's foot and the rock? If so, please investigate. I like my crabs but I don't trust a one of them...they are opportunistic and unpredictable. As tatuage08 said, the nem could simply be expelling waste. Typically IME though (not always}, when a nem expells waste all of their tentacles deflate. Please update the thread when you figure things out. Like you, I'm trying to learn.

I am assuming this is a bubble. Anemones are known to close up and then when you think they are done they open up. I have had issues with them and i found that my alk level was a little low and when i raised it they started opening up. You want to make sure all your water parameters are in check . They are very sensitive to water conditions. You should also try to feed the nem.
