Anenome dying

Hi everyone, my anenome split and it looks like it is in terrible shape. It has been 3 days and it seems to be getting worse every day. What is going on with my anenome? Please help.

Nems are very resilient try to keep you water good and im sure it will bounce back, I had one go through a powerhead it was shredded and it bleached 4 months later it looked better than when I bought it
