I get home from work and my sebae anemone looks like this. What could've caused this? Was it a powerhead? Emerald crab? Is it sick?

Temp 78.2 F+1 ^^ We'll need current info - with real numbers- to help. Along with how long you've had the nem and any changes that might have been made recently.
A condy and what i believe is a mini magnificentWhat are the other anemones? Sebae are very difficult to keep.
Some times they just do that and a day later the anemone is back to normal.
Thank you very much for the outlook man. I'll wait it out until tomorrow and see what it does. I just realized that what i was looking at was the mouth turned inside out. The other side of it is bright yellow (which is the color of the foot normally)Condy are tough to keep to. How is it now? As said, sometime nems expel and turn it's guts inside out so to speak. My RBTA did yesterday and today it's fine.
Believe me she gets plenty light. But I've never seen her get like thisLooks upset about something, but not dead nor anything indicating that it's dying. it does look a little bleached. they like a lot of light.
