I have about a 30 gal tank I have a 250000k fluval light 46 watt the anenome is about half way to the top of the tank you think the lighting will be fine here’s a pic

I don’t think the light is strong enough based on what I’ve heard but don’t have experience with Fluval lights so can’t say for sure. How established is your tank? It should really be 6 months or so before you add an anemone unless you really know what you’re doing.
Not related to the nem but your tank is really cloudy, you should see why. Could be something lik bacterial bloom (mini cycle) or stirred up sand, but better safe than sorry. Plus it will look better
 
I just did a water change and the camera on my phone isn’t that great the tank is about 6 months old
