Anenome vs caribbean aiptasia

This does not look like the aiptasia i had in my prior tank. This one is larger, has a blackish base, and has greenish-blue rings on it’s tentacles. Its tentacles also round up into bulbous structures. Any thought on whether it’s a keeper or if I should eliminate it?

Manjo maybe?
There are a lot of types of aptaisia and manjo.

Beautiful piece of live rock! I believe it's a lightbulb anemone and I kept one myself on a piece of gulf rock. They get pretty big (mine is the size of a baseball). Haven't had any issues.

Beautiful piece of live rock! I believe it's a lightbulb anemone and I kept one myself on a piece of gulf rock. They get pretty big (mine is the size of a baseball). Haven't had any issues.

I agree no big issues here. How big is your tank? How many do you have? I had one move recently and stung a Acro…I let it be but probably could have got it to move using a power head or lights. I did blast it for 1 day with power head but I gave up trying.

Feather caulerpa. One of the more well-behaved caulerpas, but still caulerpa.

No but will reproduce. Last pics are in a QT tank I observed for a long time. It’s was only a 10 gallon. I noticed they might of reproduced more in the small QT tank than a 55 gallon tank I had other LR in. I think they add to the natural look of a reef tank. I would guess I had 3-4 when I put in tank and now 3 years later I have 6-8 in that same tank. I have others in other tanks and they haven’t been invasive in any of the tanks.

Greatly appreciated! I love my live rock hitchers! I’ve got 2 largish clams, probably 10+ brittle stars, a few worms, lots of tunicates and sponges, macroalgae, and the lightbulb anemone.

Also a single blastomussa (at least, that’s what i think it is)

I always recommend getting real LR when people ask. I didn’t receive any bad hitchhikers. On 2 separate shipments z.
