Anenome wont fully open up

Cal 420. Ammonia 0
Alk 8.0. Nitrite 0
Phos 0. Nitrate 0

No only about 1 1/2 weeks now. On the rock it stayed closed

This isn't everything when it comes to anemones, but your tank is what qualifies as a ULNS or "ultra low nutrient system" and those levels - especially the nitrates - are way too low for them without supplemental feeding. When it was new, was it open originally?

This lil guy is a split from a bigger anenome and yes he was open for like the 1st couple of weeks
