If that is your tank in the pic I would add a lot of more rock for hiding spaces.
Yes a bully fish is never good.
Leave it in the sump for a few days as a time out, after a the weekend put it back if the bullying is back take it to the LFS.
If it was me I would take it back to the LFS ASAP, won't even try the acclimation.

BTW my friend I ask a MOD to move this to a thread on it's own.
This thread was completely about something else, yet I didn't want it to go un-answered.

With aggressive fish like Angels, it's advisable to use an acclimation box for a few weeks;)

I keep several large angels together and the key is adding them in groups. A regal hardly counts as it's very docile and not often a target as a result of the unthreatening appearance and body language. Around 5" most large angels become more aggressive and more territorial by and large.

I have a 6" emperor and a 5" king/passer that are tank bosses. Interestingly the emp only shows dominance to the passer but the passer is the bully that does the dirty work. Lights off for a few days and a week or so of distraction and he backs off and everyone gets along. It probably wouldn't work if I only added one angel however.

Right now that tank has a queen, emp, passer, and annularis.

Some angels are more aggressive than others but like tangs they feel they're defending their food sources as a matter of life or death instinctually.
